Hi! I’m Prism — I was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, and spent many of my summers growing up in Germany. I’ve always had a strong passion for health, wellness, and taking care of the body, which naturally led me to a career in massage therapy. I graduated from Lethbridge College in 2020 and have been practicing for over five years now.
I love working with all kinds of clients — from athletes to desk workers, new parents to little ones — helping them feel better, move better, and get back to doing what they love. I’m known for my deep tissue work and Fascial Stretch Therapy, and also offer RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, prenatal massage, infant and pediatric massage, cupping, and therapeutic massage.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me at the gym or upside down in an aerial class!
